found wood along the coastline in Costa Rica... this 'driftword' piece is so photogenic I am using it for labels on my homemade oil scrubs! wood and oil...win win :)
the actual painted piece was given to me by my neighbour who once thought she would paint on it... not sure where its from but I do know where its going... my house! A reminder to use my gifts daily and never give up my dream!
I know I use this a lot on my work but why not? Who doesnt need reminding of this from time to time! I donated this piece (wood with original weathered paint, from Paugh Lake) to my brother's fundraising auction. It is now in Alberta at my dear friend Sue's acreage outside of Cochrane... she bid and won it! Thanks for supporting 'Chris McCauley night'!!!
